3 sleeping areas. 2 - Bedrooms and a sleeping loft all with queen beds
 Four queen-sized beds in total and a full-sized futon/bed sleep up to 10 total.  ALL blankets, pillows and linens provided!!! 

2  Full Baths *  Tub /Shower combo -  12  bath towels, hand towels and wash clothes provided. 2 Hair Dryers, Hand soap also included.

Kitchen Including  all cookware, dishes and flatware. Dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and blender.

Washer & Dryer to use during your stay! (soap/dryer sheets too) Clothes Iron.

4  Flat Panel HDTV's total.  32" One in each bedroom and loft. Including a DVD player and a selection of DVD's. Also, DVD rentals available on the island. Local TV stations now in HDTV available, Including the local 24/7 weather channel.

Kitchen table with 4 chairs and a 3 seat bench.  Outside  2 picnic tables and 2 bar stools at Kiki's Tiki Bar.

Games included are a  P-47  stand up arcade game and a Buck Hunter/Safari  on a 32" flat screen.  Horse shoes & Corn Hole out in the yard. 

Outside kids wood Play set. Slide/swings/sandbox and Fort.The kids will love this new addition. Watch the kids play as you relax on the Large deck!! 

Large wrap around 2 level deck in the front and side of the cottage. An additional 10 x 12 upper deck off the loft with plenty of room. Large 4 burner  Gas grill, 10'x10'  gazebo on deck for shade, seating for 10 on the main deck and a picnic table in the yard. Also, covered double porch swing on the upper deck and of course Kiki's Tiki bar on the main deck.
